We are MAFIA RECRDS, a leading production company creatively connecting a passion for music and cultural experiences with leading local and global brands. We are behind events featuring artists such as THE GAME, KONTRAFAKT, MAJK SPIRIT and DJ WICH. Our company is also behind FEED, an online media platform for the new generation.
We are part of Group of Node, a holding company focused on media, advertising, outdoor media and cannabis pharmaceuticals.
We are now looking for someone with hands-on experience in AV production who wants to take their skills to the next level. Someone who already understands how things work behind the scenes at events, but is also eager to grow, take on greater responsibility and be part of projects that truly stand out.
You’ll be the person helping turn production ideas into reality – from the initial preparations to the moment everything is up and running exactly as it should be.
🎯 What will you be responsible for?
🎬 Participate in managing AV production from brief to final delivery.
🎛️ Help translate technical riders and creative concepts into reality.
🤝 Coordinate suppliers, production teams and venues.
🎤 Communicate with partners and artist management teams.
📊 Keep track of budgets, schedules and the overall production process.
🧩 Collaborate with the creative and commercial teams.
🚀 Gradually take on greater responsibility for your own projects.

🧠 What do we expect from you?
🎛️ You have experience in AV / event production (agency, production company, events, concerts, etc.).
🎬 You understand the basics of technical production (sound, lighting, stage, video) and know your way around these areas.
👥 You know how to communicate with suppliers and coordinate both smaller and larger teams.
💸 You have basic experience with budgets, or you are motivated to improve quickly in this area.
🗣️ You are comfortable communicating both internally and with clients.
🌐 If you can communicate in English as well, it will definitely come in handy.
⚡ You are reliable and see things through to completion.
👉 This role is not intended for a complete junior with no previous experience. But if you already have experience in AV production and want to grow, this could be a great fit.
